Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

First, click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" picture on our Products page. If you can't get back there, click here.
   

You will be taken to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page. Near the bottom of this page you will see three gray boxes. Each box contains options that you must chose to begin your download. Look at the gray box labeled "Step 1" (pictured at left). You will notice a selection for Language. Pick the language that is most appropriate for you by clicking on the down-pointing arrow next to the word English. A menu will expand giving you several language options. Click on a language to select it.

Next you must select a Platform. This is same as saying you must select your computer's operating system. If you do not know what your computer's operating system is, please contact tachnical support provided by your computer's manufacturer and ask them. If you know your computer's operating system, select it by clicking on the down-pointing arrow next to the words "Choose a platform". A menu will expand giving you several platform options. Click on a platform to select it.
Next, pick a location that is nearest to you. There are two selections to chose from for this option: USA or Japan. If you know your which location is closer to you, select it by clicking on the down-pointing arrow next to the word "USA". A menu will expand giving you two location options. Click on a location to select it.
Look at the gray box labeled "Step 2 (Optional)". This box contains space for you to fill in optional information about yourself that will allow Adobe to contact you with information about new products or updates to existing products that they offer. This step is completely optional, and you may skip it and go directly to step 3.
Look for the gray box labeled "Step 3". Click on the red button marked "Download".
You will be taken to a new page. A new box will appear with the words "File Download" at the top. It may take several seconds for this box to appear, so be patient. When you see the file download box, click on the button that says "Save" near the bottom of the window.
Another window will open. This one allows you to pick a location to save the acrobat reader to on your computer. You may have a list of large icons on the left side of this screen (as pictured to the left). If you do, click on the icon that says "Desktop". Otherwise, near the top of the window you will see the words "Look In:" followed by a drop-down box. Click the down-pointing arrow to expand the "Look In" box. A menu will expand showing the contents of your computer. Click on the first item in the list (you may have to scroll up) called "desktop". Once you have selected the desktop through either of these two methods, click on the Save button in the lower righthand corner of the window.
The acrobat reader will now download. This can take up to 30 minutes depending upon your connection speed. When the download is complete, the download window will either disappear or give you the option to close it manually. If you need to, close the window.
Close any programs you may have running (including the Acupowder website) and look at your computer's Desktop. You should see an icon called ar505enu.exe (see picture to the left). This icon may have a different name if you selected a language other than english but should always start with "ar505". Once you have located the icon, double-click on it to start the Acrobat Reader install.
The acrobat installation window will appear and bring you to a welcome screen after a few seconds. Near the bottom of this screen is a button that reads "Next >". Click on this button to continue. The next screen will show another "Next >" button. Click this one as well. The install may take several minutes to complete.
When you see the message "Thank you for choosing Acrobat Reader!" the installation is complete. You may now view all the product brochures on the Acupowder website.
